Our culinary team will be grilling on the patio.

Grilled Eggplant- with fresh garlic and a cumin vinaigrette, topped with feta, fresh cilantro and mint
Grilled Caesar Salad- grilled small romaine heads, asiago crisps, house made croutons and Caesar dressing with edible flowers and lemon zest
Grilled Atlantic Salmon- smoked for 4 hours prior to grilling, served with grilled artichokes
Brown sugar glazed Grilled Pineapple- topped with house made coconut ice cream, fresh mint and a drizzle of Montanya rum sauce
