Beering Pairing Dinner

Enjoy this delicious four course dinner paired with our craft beers! Spots are limited, please call 970.263.0111 to reserve your tickets or stop by Kannah Creek Brewery on 12th Street. Tickets are $55/ticket plus tax and will be sold in groups of four to promote social distancing. 

1st course- Beets

*Beet Raviolis- filled with goat cheese and wild mushroom duxelles, served with a red wine and rosemary reduction drizzle                                                                                                                                                                                                    *Candied Beets- oven roasted red and gold beets with lavender and sea salt

2nd course- Pork Belly

*Teriyaki Glazed Pork Belly-served over a red cabbage slaw with sesame seeds and fresh jalapenos                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          *Crisp Pork Belly Spring Rolls-grated carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, pickled ginger, and cilantro. Served with a side of house made hoisin sauce.

3rd course- Shell Fish
