It’s fried dough with sugar! Seriously, what more needs to be said? A super yummy classic pastry, deep fried much like a doughnut. Comes three to an order and topped with powdered sugar and served with honey.

DEEP FRIED CATFISH
Two flakey catfish filets, with a southern style cornmeal breading, deep fried until golden brown and crisp. Served with a pile of hush puppies and our house made aioli sauce.

ANDOUILLE & SHRIMP GUMBO
A late night staple of New Orleans. A heaping bowl of traditional Creole gumbo made with Rock shrimp, mild Andouille sausage, fresh okra, plum tomatoes, onions and green bell peppers served over rice.

ALLIGATOR BITES
Yes that’s right we said alligator! C’mon you know you want to try it. Pieces of alligator tail tenderized and tossed in a Cajun style breading and deep fried. Served with a traditional stone ground mustard remoulade sauce.
